Job Description: Green Friends Montessori School is seeking passionate and dedicated Montessori educators to join our growing elementary community in Elburn, Illinois.
We are currently hiring:
• Lower & Upper Elementary Montessori Guide (Ages 6–12)
Full-Time | Start Date: Fall 2026

Requirements:Qualifications:
• Montessori Elementary credential (AMI, AMS, MACTE-accredited, or equivalent preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working with elementary-aged children (not required but welcome)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Appreciation for Montessori philosophy and methodology 
• Ability to create a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
