Position Title: Founding Montessori Preschool Director

Job Description: We are launching a brand-new, premier Montessori preschool in Austin, Texas, dedicated to fostering independence, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning. We are building a beautifully prepared environment from the ground up. We seek a visionary leader to shape our school's culture, recruit a passionate founding faculty, and establish deep roots in the Austin community.

Position Overview
As our Founding Preschool Director, you will handle all aspects of school operations, licensing compliance, and community enrollment. You will work closely with ownership during the pre-opening summer phase to ready the campus for our grand opening. This role blends authentic Montessori pedagogical leadership with entrepreneurial school administration.

Requirements: Experience: 
Minimum of 3–5 years of proven leadership experience as a licensed childcare center or preschool director.
Licensure: 
Must possess a valid Texas Childcare Director Certificate (or meet immediate eligibility requirements to obtain one).
Montessori Background: 
Deep familiarity with Montessori philosophy; a MACTE-accredited credential (AMI, AMS) is highly preferred.
Software Literacy: 
Proficient with early childhood management software platforms like Procare, Brightwheel, or similar tools.
