Position Title: A to I Lead Guide

Job Description: Our nature-based Montessori School in the Northwestern Catskills of New York is growing! 

We are looking to hire an AMI Montessori diploma trained - or undergoing training - Lead Guide for our Infant & Toddler Daycare starting this coming school year 2026-27. 

We continue to nurture an authentic, AMI Montessori school for ages 8 weeks - 18 years on a 50-acre, regenerative farm in the beautiful hamlet of Bovina Center, NY. 

We put special emphasis on four core aspects that reflect our geographical region: nature conservation, the arts, sustainable farming/living, and entrepreneurship, through outdoor activities, work on the farm, and meaningful experiences in our beautiful natural surroundings.

Housing may be offered at an attractive rent level on campus, if needed (first come, first serve).
