Summary
We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher (0-3 & 3-6 age group) to join our team at MONTESSORI KIDS UNIVERSE OF LEANDER. In this role, you will create a supportive and engaging classroom environment that encourages the growth and development of preschool-aged children. Your contributions will be vital in shaping their educational journey.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the Montessori method.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique learning styles.
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
Manage classroom behavior constructively to promote a respectful atmosphere.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA preferred.
Experience with the Montessori teaching method is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of toddler care and preschool education principles.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
