Position Title: Lower Elementary and Upper Elementary Montessori Teachers
Job Description: We are seeking credentialed, experienced, and deeply committed Montessori teachers to lead and grow our lower and upper elementary classrooms (ages 6-9 and 9-12)/ These positions are full-time, benefit-eligible, ten-month, beginning fall 2026.

Key responsibilities for these roles are:
* Prepare, maintain, and continually enrich a beautiful Montessori elementary environment that supports independence, curiosity, and academic rigor.
* Observe, track, and record student work and experiences, using data to inform individualized lessons, materials, and extensions across all curriculum areas, including Language Arts, Mathematics & Geometry, Science, History, and The Arts.
* Guide children through Montessori's integrated, interdisciplinary curriculum while fostering wonder, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning.
* Collaborate actively with faculty colleagues through observation, mentoring, and shared reflection.
* Build strong, respectful partnerships with families through clear communication, narrative progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences.
* Participate fully in school life, including faculty meetings, school events, and the rhythms of life on our campus.
Requirements: Required
* Bachelor's degree in any field
* Montessori Elementary (6-12) credential from an AMS-, AMS-, or MACTE-accredited program
* Demonstrated experience leading an authentic Montessori elementary classroom
* A collaborative, team-first approach to work
* Deep, genuine commitment to Montessori pedagogy and the developmental needs of children
* Warm, consistent, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Successful completion of a background check and authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
* A minimum of three years of experience in an AMS- or AMI-affiliated elementary classroom
* Experience with Montessori observation and record-keeping systems
* A reflective practitioner who actively pursues professional development and self-improvement
