Position Title: Guide/Teacher

Job Description: Apogee North Texas is hiring a Montessori-inspired Guide for our 4-7 studio. Small studio. Mixed-age. Parent-partnered. Three days a week.

The Role:
Lead a 4-7 mixed-age studio. Prepare the environment. Guide child-led work. Teach early literacy and math with hands-on materials. Run the day.

What you'll do
• Prepare and run a Montessori-inspired environment
• Guide child-led work, hands-on literacy, hands-on math
• Coach kids on goals, responsibility, and self-direction
• Partner with engaged parents

Schedule
Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. August through May. Calendar mirrors Argyle ISD.

Pay
$25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements: - Montessori Certification
- Familiarity with project-based learning (preferred)
- Experience with Waseca (preferred)
