Job Description: We are seeking a warm, experienced, and dedicated Montessori guide with an AMI Elementary Diploma (6–9) to lead a small group of four children in a beautifully prepared Montessori home environment. This position is ideal for a guide who values authentic Montessori practice, individualized learning, and meaningful relationships with children and families.

Requirements: > Lead a mixed-age Montessori elementary environment for a group of 4 children
> Present AMI elementary materials and lessons in accordance with Montessori philosophy
> Previous Montessori teaching experience preferred
> Strong understanding of authentic Montessori philosophy and child development
