Position Title: Infant-Toddler Credentialed Lead Guide

Job Description: Milestone Montessori is a new Montessorischool open in Houston’s Montrose District for children from 3 months through 6 years of age. We are looking for an experienced Montessori-certified Infant/Toddler Lead Guide for our growing Infant/Toddler program who is passionate about creating a school environment and culture that is authentic to the Montessori Method. Looking for credentialed and experienced guides.

Duties:
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with other teachers and the Director to create a comprehensive educational program and engaging lesson plans that are authentic to the Montessori Method
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure individualized learning goals are met
- Incorporate Montessori principles into daily teaching practices

Experience:

- Montessori certification from a Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE) or in the process of receiving certification.
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
