Job Description:
Brilliant Star Montessori School seeks an Elementary Lead Teacher (9-12) for the 2026 - 2027 school year. The ideal candidate will challenge each child to reach his/her fullest potential academically, emotionally, and physically in a prepared Montessori environment.
Overview:
Brilliant Star Montessori School opened in 1999 on the island of Saipan in the Northern Mariana Islands. Brilliant Start School offers programs for children from toddler through 6th grade. There is a Montessori-trained lead teacher and assistant teacher in each classroom, allowing for small student to teacher ratios. Brilliant Star offers Music, Art and Physical Education as part of our curriculum for each classroom, kindergarten through 6th grade.
The Northern Mariana Islands are a US territory and the small community has a small town feel to it. Saipan is a great base for travel to Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and the other Pacific Islands.
