Job Description: 

Siena Academy, a Catholic Montessori school located in Great Falls, Virginia, is currently seeking a Guide for our well-established Elementary program for children ages 6-12. The position begins in August 2026.
Our school offers programs that authentically support the physical, intellectual, and spiritual development of children ages 18 months to 12 years old, fully incorporating the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) with an Atrium attached to each classroom.
​Siena is located in a beautiful suburb, about 20 miles from Washington, D.C., with a vibrant community of Montessori families. Environments are bright and homey, with large recess areas. Currently, the school has one toddler, two primary, and one elementary environment.

Requirements: 

Ideal candidates should be faith-filled, practicing Catholics with a Bachelor’s degree and an AMI Montessori diploma. Experience with the CGS method of faith formation is preferred, but not required.
