Job Description: - Lead and manage a toddler classroom
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Plan age-appropriate Montessori activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Communicate positively with parents and staff
- Maintain an organized and clean classroom
Requirements: - Previous preschool, daycare, or childcare experience
- Lead Teacher experience preferred
- Montessori experience or certification is a plus
- Patient, dependable, energetic, and passionate about working with children
