Position Title: Director of Elementary Programs

Job Description: The Director of Elementary Programs provides coaching, management, oversight and support for the elementary faculty and staff. In addition, this individual is responsible for assisting with our parent education program, overseeing our after school offerings, and coordinating with outside specialists. Most importantly, the Director of Elementary Programs is an integral member of the school's leadership team.

Requirements: The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s Degree and an AMI Elementary Diploma or an AMS Elementary I and II credential. Position requires a minimum of six years of Montessori elementary classroom experience, preferably at both the lower (6-9) and upper (9-12) elementary levels. Previous administration experience preferred. Position requires excellent communications skills, and good interpersonal, organizational, leadership, management, and supervisory skills.
