Lead Toddler Guide
We have up to 12 toddlers, with a lead and an assistant.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced in early childhood education (AMI, AMS or MACTE Montessori Certification Preferred)
A heart for children and a love for teaching
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Personal and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a licensed preschool/childcare center
High school diploma or GED (Early Childhood Education units or certifications preferred)
Must meet all city and state licensing requirements
CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain)
Must pass background check
