Children’s House Guide | Many Rivers Montessori | Duluth, MN

Job Description: Founded in 2014, Many Rivers Montessori seeks to empower students to transform the world. Through authentic Montessori education, a whole-child approach, and an inclusive, joyful community, MRM cultivates independent, academically prepared, and socially responsible lifelong learners and creative problem solvers.

Our school serves approximately 200 students from 16-months-old through eighth grade. The child-centered Montessori method is the foundation of our programming, and our Children’s House classrooms are recognized by the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI).

Many Rivers Montessori is a vibrant community of children, educators, and families who value healthy relationships, authenticity, justice, joy, and dreaming big. We seek guides, assistants, and administrators who share these values and approach their work with kindness, curiosity, grace, and courtesy.

This is an opportunity to guide children through key developmental years by leading a Montessori classroom alongside a supportive, mission-driven team and in partnership with engaged families.

The Children’s House Guide will lead one of the three AMI-recognized Children’s House classrooms at MRM. Each classroom enrolls from 24 to 27 three- through six-year-old children. MRM operates on an academic calendar, with school in session early September through early June. During the summer, the school offers a Montessori-inspired childcare program at the Children’s House level.
