Position Title: Assistant Teacher

Job Description: Are you passionate about guiding the youngest learners? We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Montessori Teacher to join our team, working with our Toddler students (18 months - 3 years of age).

Experience & Qualifications:
Prior experience working with young children (ages 18 months–6 years) is strongly preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required [Minimum educational requirement]
Montessori training/certification (Assistant or beyond) is a significant plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!

Your Role Will Include:

Supervising children during work cycles, self care (meals/toileting), recess, and lunch.
Supporting the Lead Teacher with maintenance of the classroom environment, which includes daily organization and cleaning/sanitation
Offering respectful, one-on-one assistance to children as they engage with the materials.
Nurturing independence and fostering a sense of community within the classroom.
