Position Title: Teacher leader

Job Description: Toddler teacher leader for a new Wildflower Montessori School. Teacher Leaders are both guides and admin, so that the ones making the decisions are the ones who most directly know the needs of the community. Teacher Leaders must be dependable, honest, patient, hardworking, and passionate about providing authentic Montessori education to all. 
All tasks to run a successful micro school are decided as a team and divided up by skill and preference. Teacher Leaders spend most of the day as a lead guide, and they use their time management skills to complete admin responsibilities. We are hoping to open no later than August 3rd, 2026.

Requirements: Experienced Montessori Guide
Either 0-3 MACTE certified OR
Qualify for a "teacher of color" scholarship from Wildflower Schools to get your MACTE training paid for during your first year. 
Prefer Bilingual Spanish and English 
Prefer Director experience or qualifications to become a TX child care director.
