Primary AMI Guide | Pacific Rim International School (PRINTS) | San Mateo, California

Position Title: Primary AMI Guide (Full-time, San Mateo, CA)

Job Description: Pacific Rim International School (PRINTS) is a truly distinctive Montessori school offering dual-immersion programs from Nido through High School. Our approach is grounded in a rigorous commitment to authentic Montessori practice, closely aligned with AMI principles and pedagogy. Each environment is led by native-speaking educators of Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish and English working in close partnership, creating a collaborative experiential model that is both intellectually and culturally rich with deep respect for the child.
At PRINTS, language is more than a means to communication — it is a gateway to understanding and appreciation of culture, identity, and globalism. Our environments are intentionally designed to cultivate independence towards interdependence and a genuine appreciation for individual differences and diversity.
We are proud to be on our newly renovated 60,000 sq ft campus in beautiful San Mateo, California — a thoughtfully designed space with light-filled prepared environments and expansive outdoor areas that support exploration, nurture concentration, and connection with the self, others and nature.
We are seeking AMI Primary Guides who are passionate about Montessori practices and inspired by working in a truly international, multilingual community.
