Position Title: Montessori Guide (Ages 4-7)

Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Montessoriguide who is interested in what happens to children after Montessori, who can help prepare the "bridge" and the classroom by introducing leadership, problem solving, and STEM skills as learners move into Acton Academy cohorts at age 8. This is for a creative, flexible-minded, highly professional and warm natured guide, foe a long term, growing position at a PreK-12 private STEM school, owned by prior Montessorian female co-owner.

Requirements: At least two years experience in a Montessoriclassroom environment with ages under 8, understanding of Montessori principles and confident with stepping back, making observations, and letting the children lead within safety guardrails.
