Job Description: Our nature-based Montessori School in the Northwestern Catskills of New York is growing! 

We have an opening in one of our Toddler Environments (1.5-3yrs) and are looking for an AMI Montessori diploma trained - or undergoing training - Lead Guide.
We are an ambitious, yet village-style and authentic AMI Montessori school for ages 8 weeks - 18 years, situated on a 50-acre, regenerative farm in the beautiful hamlet of Bovina Center, NY.
We are unique in that all of our programs and students are on one campus, always inspiring each other and building strong connections to land, nature, community, and ourselves.
We put special emphasis on four core aspects that reflect our beautiful, geographical region: nature conservation, the arts, sustainable farming/living, and entrepreneurship. This is supported through outdoor, seasonal activities and designated work areas for our different age groups, and meaningful experiences in our beautiful natural surroundings.

Guides will be hired based on a combination of qualifications including, but not limited to: work history, life experience, skill level, education, and a passion to help us grow in our vision and mission.
We are happy to take in young and new Guides in the making, as well as the more experienced. We emphasize deep and consistent training and support for our Guides, further the ongoing spiritual preparation of the adult. 
Our school is young (established in 2021), but we have big dreams. Boarding, Training Center, Community Events, and more. We host our own Summer Festival in the region and love to cultivate and support each of our staff's unique passions and talents.
