Caroline Aguilar Clark is an educator with a Liberal Arts degree in Psychology from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines. She earned her AMI Primary Diploma from the Ohio Montessori Training Institute in 1998 under the guidance of Joen Bettmann and holds a certificate in Montessori Core Principles.

With more than 25 years of experience in both public and private schools, Caroline has dedicated her work to supporting children, families, and educators. Her time as a Parent Educator in the Parents as Teachers Program allowed her to partner with families from diverse backgrounds, focusing on collaboration and developmental understanding.

In 2023, Caroline became an Auxiliary Trainer at the 3–6 level, later earning her full AMI 3–6 Trainer certification in 2024. She also serves as a 3–6 Consultant for AMI/USA and a National Examiner, working with schools and training centers to support high-quality Montessori practice.​

Now based in Dallas, Texas, Caroline is committed to bringing the Montessori community together by offering training, consultation, and opportunities for local connection and collaboration among educators and schools.
