Caroline Aguilar Clark holds a Liberal Arts degree in Psychology from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines. She earned her 3-6 AMI Primary Diploma from the Ohio Montessori Training Institute in 1998, studying under Joen Bettmann.
Caroline has worked as a lead teacher since 1998 in both public and private settings. Her years in the classroom, together with her experience as a Parent Educator in the Parents as Teachers Program, reflect a deep respect for the child and a commitment to building thoughtful, supportive relationships with families from diverse backgrounds.
Since 2020, Caroline has been part of the Blended Program team, joining one year after the Montessori Institute of North Texas (MINT) launched its blended format in 2019. In addition to this work, she has collaborated with trainers across levels in delivering the Montessori Core Principles course. She brings six years of experience in both online and in-person training, supporting adult learners with the same care and attention she brings to her work with children.
Caroline also serves as a 3–6 Consultant for AMI USA and is a National Examiner at the 3–6 level.
