Brian Millage is a results-driven, innovative leader with nearly 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, development, and fundraising. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, Management, and Leadership from the University of North Texas. Throughout his career, Brian has demonstrated a strong commitment to stewardship—connecting people, processes, and strategy to strengthen and scale mission-driven organizations. His work has supported initiatives across education, early childhood and youth development, mental health, homelessness alleviation, and organizational capacity building. Brian is also a Partner with Social Venture Partners, where he helps build effective ladders of engagement and systems that enable programs to thrive. Leveraging relationships with diverse stakeholders, he drives measurable progress toward shared goals for nonprofits across the Dallas–Fort Worth region.
