Application Checklist
Your application can be processed when the following items have been received:
- Application has been completed and submitted online, via e-mail.
- Non-refundable application fee has been received by the office. You may pay this fee online with a credit card via PayPal or you may mail a check or money order to the MINT office.
- Transcripts from the colleges and/or universities you have attended have been sent to the office.
- Three professional references have been sent directly to the office, via e-mail or mailed to the office.
- Please note that the language of instruction for this course is English. A TOEFL iBT score of 70 or PBT score of 560 minimum is required for applicants whose mother tongue is not English.
Completing the Admissions Process
Arrangements will be made for an interview upon receipt of the above. If you live near the DFW area, your interview will be conducted by someone designated by the Course Committee. If you are out of state or unable to come to Dallas for an interview, a phone interview will be set up, or you may be interviewed by someone in your area selected by the Director of Training.
Upon completion and evaluation of everything above, you will be notified regarding your acceptance into the upcoming training course. We suggest you keep a copy of the completed application for your own records.
