Job Description: Escuela del Sol Montessori, New Mexico’s oldest Montessori school, is seeking an Elementary Guide for our 9-12, Upper Elementary Community for the 2024-2025 school year. 
We are looking for an energetic team player to promote a high-fidelity Montessori learning environment at Escuela del Sol, New Mexico’s oldest independent not-for-profit Montessori school.

Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position must have an AMS or AMI credential and classroom experience. We are looking for a person with a centered, healthy and positive attitude who understands they work in concert with families and colleagues, as well as students. A strong applicant welcomes diversity, values inclusion, is inquisitive and passionate about learning, and has great communication skills.
